The song is about being is hospitals and watching the sad, hopeful faces of people in hospital waiting rooms as the nurses come in with bad news. One stanza caught me in particular; ['Cause there's no comfort in the waiting room Just nervous pacers bracing for bad news And then the nurse comes round and everyone will lift their heads But I'm thinking of what Sarah said that "Love is watching someone die"] It stuck in me like a knife. And yeah this is the poem that came out of it. Enjoy.
